North Darfur: Eight Women Assaulted by Janjaweed militiamen

On June 7^th, 2020, a Janjaweed militia assaulted a number of women in the Shoba area, located four kilometres south of Kabkabiya.

The women were assaulted as they were travelling to their farms in order to prepare them for the autumn season. Militiamen beat them with sticks and with the back of their guns. The following injured were transferred to Kabkabiya for treatment.
